With concentrated products and the knowledge at hand, Bebrite has introduced to you a new and safer world of cleaning!
The National Occupational Health and Safety Commission agreed to declare the National Code of Practice for the Preparation of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) 2nd Edition NOHSC:2011(2003) on 24 April 2003, with a 3-year transitional period. The new requirements relating to the preparation of Material Safety Data Sheets, as detailed in Chapter 6 of this code, therefore should have come into effect in Commonwealth, State and Territory regulations on and from 24 April 2006.
The code contains new provisions in the form of a 16-header format, to replace the 8-header format in the previous edition. This is consistent with international formats, such as the ILO and US requirements. In practice, for imported substances and goods, many MSDS will already be in the new format.
The code also introduces new recommendations for MSDS for dangerous goods, in addition to the existing guidance for hazardous substances. Note that the definition of dangerous goods in the Code includes combustible liquids classified as C1 by the Australian Standard AS 1940 the storage and handling of flammable and combustible liquids.

These MSDS & PDS Sheets are readily available for down load directly form our website and will be updated as per the regulators requirement, or earlier, as has been our practice.
Bebrite's quality control ensures that the same high quality product is delivered each and every time, with each package batch numbered with a direct link back to the retained sample held for the shelf life of the product.
