Returns Policy

offers a 100% guarantee of satisfaction. If, in the
unlikely event, the products you receive are not to your
total satisfaction, or, do not agree with the description
provided, please contact us at www.bebrite.com.au
or 1300 131 664, and we will forward a claim form. Please
return the remaining unused product, along with your claim
form within 7 days, to Bebrite for our prompt attention.
Once received, we will assess the claim form details,
the product, and if found to be a reasonable complaint,
or a faulty product, we will either, replace the product,
or reimburse you for the product, and refund the cost
of our freight to you. Please note; we do our best to
ensure that goods are shipped in a merchantable condition,
and cannot accept responsibility for handling encountered
once a product has left our manufacturer's dispatch.
