Delivery and Handling

[Orders can only be accepted from within SYDNEY METROPOLITAN AEARS at this time]

For delivery and handling within these areas we use Fast Way Couriers. Orders should be received within 2-3 business days in major cities, and 4-7 days for country deliveries. Please note there is a 3.82% charge on all credit card payments imposed by our merchant.

We have a $50 minimum dollar value order policy.  

Should there be a difference in the delivery cost, or the delievery location, upon our receipt of your order, we will confirm with you the order cost and whether we can deliver, before dispatch.  

Should you be unable to process your order On-Line please call our support on #1300 131 664 as it might be due to your area not being currently listed. There are occassions when the area for delievry is not listed, and we will do everything we can to arrange your order.

The above charges maybe changed at any time, and without further advice. If you would prefer to arrange your own freight, or collect direct from our warehouse, please indicate your preference at the checkout, and the order will be held for collection. The courier's cost identified in your order will be deducted from the final price. Personal collection can only be made direct form our Head Office located Unit 5/4 Narabang Way BELROSE, NSW. Collections are on Thursday of each week. Phoning ahead for collection would be appreciated, on; #1300 131 664

Placing an Order

Please browse through our Bebrite product range and click on those products you would like to order. Then put them into the shopping cart. The quantity can be amended at any time, even at check out, by changing the quantity, and clicking on "recalculate"!

Once you have finished your selections, click on "checkout" and you will be asked to select your preferred credit card method of payment. (Bebrite Franchisee's can pay via this method, or select Franchisee, and enter their Franchise name and secure password, to have their purchases placed on their account). All prices shown are valid at the time of placing your order.

Once your order is entered, please fill in the postcode of the delivery address, [Franchisees will have their purchases delivered to their account address) our on-line store will automatically calculate the delivery and handling cost, and applicable volume discount, before you commit your order, or provide your payment details.

Out of Stock Products

Our manufacturing team try to ensure a continuous supply of Bebrite stock, however in the unlikely event a stock item is not available, we will hold the order if a delivery is due within a few days, and then ship the entire order. If this is not the case, we will contact you for instructions as to how you would like us to proceed.

Returns Policy

Bebrite offers a 100% guarantee of satisfaction. If, in the unlikely event, the products you receive are not to your total satisfaction, or, do not agree with the description provided, please contact us at www.bebrite.com.au or 1300 131 664, and we will forward a claim form. Please return the remaining unused product, along with your claim form within 7 days, to Bebrite for our prompt attention.

Once received, we will assess the claim form details, the product, and if found to be a reasonable complaint, or a faulty product, we will either, replace the product, or reimburse you for the product, and refund the cost of our freight to you. Please note; we do our best to ensure that goods are shipped in a merchantable condition, and cannot accept responsibility for handling encountered once a product has left our manufacturer's dispatch.
